North Scott's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-11. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Davenport Central, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.
