Basketball Recap: Sinatra Comes Up Short

Sinatra was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 37-9 defeat at the hands of Queens Tech. The game marked Sinatra's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Sinatra's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Queens Tech, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4.

Sinatra wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 39-32 defeat against Middle College on the 19th. As for Queens Tech, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 38-16 loss against Maspeth on the 18th.
