Soccer Recap: Hough Beats Providence for Their Third Straight Victory + How To Watch

It's playoff time, and Hough had no trouble coming through when it counted. They skirted past the Providence Panthers 7-6. That's two games straight that Hough have won by just one goal.

Their offense was hitting Providence from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Piercon Selland led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

The win (which was Hough's third in a row) raised their record to 16-7-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three contests. As for Providence, with the loss, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 15-4-3.

Hough wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 1-0 defeat against West Forsyth on the 10th. Providence does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
