Basketball Recap: Hill City Takes a Loss

Hill City was the 64-49 winner over Custer when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hill City Rangers fell 58-45 to the Custer Wildcats on Thursday. The Rangers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hill City's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Custer, their win bumped their record up to 7-12.

Hill City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-45 loss against Custer on the 21st. As for Custer, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, an 80-30 victory against Lead-Deadwood on the 20th.
