Volleyball Recap: BASIS Phoenix Takes a Loss

After flying high against BASIS Flagstaff last Monday, BASIS Phoenix came back down to earth. The Firebirds fell 3-1 to the ALA - Ironwood Warriors on Friday.

BASIS Phoenix's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for ALA - Ironwood, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-7.

Looking ahead, BASIS Phoenix will head out to challenge ALA - Anthem South at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Firebirds are facing the Titans at the right time seeing as the Titans are stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for ALA - Ironwood, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Gilbert Christian at 4:00 p.m.
