Volleyball Recap: Rocori Falls Despite Big Games from Mylie Hesse and Quinn Hodgins + How To Watch

Rocori was the 3-0 winner over Minneota when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings on Tuesday. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rocori's loss came despite strong showings from Quinn Hodgins and Mylie Hesse. Hodgins had 22 digs, while Hesse had 35 digs and four aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Eliett Satterstrom, who had four digs and two aces.

Rocori's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Minneota, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Rocori has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Alexandria on the 4th. As for Minneota, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Eastview on the 5th.
