Soccer Recap: Northwood's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

Northwood won the last time they faced Sage Hill and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Northwood Timberwolves won by a goal and slipped past the Sage Hill Lightning 2-1. Given the Timberwolves' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 393rd, while the Lightning are ranked 1003rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Northwood's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-5-2. As for Sage Hill, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13-2.

As of now, neither Northwood nor Sage Hill have any future games scheduled.
