Soccer Recap: Forest Park's Run of Nine Straight Victories Now Over

Forest Park and Sparrows Point squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Forest Park had to settle for second. They came up short against the Pointers, falling 5-2. While losing is never fun, Forest Park can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maryland soccer rankings (they are ranked 158th, while Sparrows Point are ranked 36th).

Yasseen Mohamed wasn't going to let Sparrows Point walk away unscathed as he scored both of Forest Park's goals, bringing his season total up to 22 goals.
