Covenant Life came tearing into Thursday's contest with five straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rockbridge Academy Scots. The Cougars not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Covenant Life walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-16, 25-20, 25-15.

Covenant Life's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Rockbridge Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Covenant Life will take on Greater Grace Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rockbridge Academy, they will be playing at home against Mount Airy Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
