Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Maylee Harmon and Bailey Jackson Lead Trinity Christian School of Griffin to Victory

Trinity Christian School of Griffin hadn't done well against Konos Academy recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The LIONS came out on top against the Condor by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the LIONS, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Trinity Christian School of Griffin walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 22-25, 25-22, 25-21.

Trinity Christian School of Griffin was led to victory by Bailey Jackson and Maylee Harmon. Jackson had six digs, three aces, and one block, while Harmon had ten aces and five digs. Those three aces gave Jackson a new career-high.

Trinity Christian School of Griffin now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Konos Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Trinity Christian School of Griffin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Young Americans Christian on the 18th. As for Konos Academy, they will face off against New Creation Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
