Snohomish has gone 7-2 against Shorecrest recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Snohomish Panthers will challenge the Shorecrest Scots at 7:00 p.m. Snohomish will be strutting in after a victory while Shorecrest will be coming in after a defeat.

Snohomish is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Marysville Getchell 71-8 on Monday. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 74th, while Marysville Getchell are ranked 330th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Shorecrest ended up a good deal behind Meadowdale on Tuesday and lost 68-51. The Scots haven't had much luck with the Mavericks recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Snohomish has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for Shorecrest, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-9.

Snohomish strolled past Shorecrest in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 51-37. The rematch might be a little tougher for Snohomish since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
