Tri County Northeast won the last time they faced Wakefield and things went their way on Monday too. The Wolfpack walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Trojans.

While Tri County Northeast might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Wakefield scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 29-27, 20-25, 25-18, 25-19.

Joslyn Mackling paced Tri County Northeast's offense, picking up 16 kills. Mackling got some help from Ally Belt and her 23 assists. Mackling was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Tri County Northeast's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Wakefield, they dropped their record down to 1-18 with the loss, which was their ninth straight at home.

Tri County Northeast didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Wynot on the 30th. As for Wakefield, they will face off against Bancroft-Rosalie at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
