The Clear Fork Colts will head out to face off against the Cardington-Lincoln Pirates at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Clear Fork came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to Shelby. The Colts have struggled against the Whippets recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-18, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Cardington-Lincoln came up short against Danville on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Clear Fork's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Cardington-Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13.

Clear Fork took their victory against Cardington-Lincoln in their previous matchup back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Colts since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
