Basketball Recap: Lakeview Falls Short of East Iberville in the Playoffs

Lakeview and East Iberville squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Lakeview had to settle for second. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 47-46 to the East Iberville Tigers.

Lakeview's loss dropped their record down to 34-8. As for East Iberville, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-14.

While Lakeview had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
