Football Recap: Parkview/Albany Takes a Loss

Parkview/Albany was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 36-16 to the Johnson Creek Bluejays. Parkview/Albany lost against Johnson Creek in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 52-6 score last time.

Parkview/Albany's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Johnson Creek, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Coming up, Parkview/Albany will be playing at home against Lourdes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights' defense has only allowed 10.1 points per game this season, so Parkview/Albany's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Johnson Creek, they will venture away from home to square off against Randolph at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bluejays will need to watch out since the Rockets have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matchups.
