Basketball Recap: Winchester Takes a Loss

Winchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 48-19 defeat at the hands of the Watertown Raiders. The matchup marked the Red & Black's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Winchester's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Watertown, they moved to 5-6 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Winchester will challenge Burlington at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Winchester is facing Burlington at the right time seeing as Burlington is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Watertown, they will square off against Arlington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
