Volleyball Recap: Golden Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Golden was the 3-1 winner over Columbine when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Demons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rebels on Thursday. The Demons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Golden was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Columbine work for it, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-10, 21-25, 26-24, 25-21.

Golden's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Columbine, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Golden will face off against Valor Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Columbine, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Arvada West on the 7th.
