Softball Recap: Design Tech Dragons vs. KIPP San Jose Collegiate Wolfpack
Design Tech won the last time they faced KIPP San Jose Collegiate and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Dragons never let the Wolfpack get on the board and left with a 16-0 win. The Dragons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 16 runs or more this season.
Adelaide Chuang made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 4-for-5 with three stolen bases, four RBI, and two doubles. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 1.2 stolen bases per game.
