After flying high against Zanesville two weeks ago, Johnstown-Monroe came back down to earth. The Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies fell 3-1 to the Northridge Vikings on Tuesday. The Johnnies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Northridge scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 22-25, 25-18, 25-20.
