Meanwhile, if DeKalb County were riding high off their 28-6 takedown of Grundy County two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. DeKalb County took a 7-19 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cannon County.
Livingston Academy's win lifted them to 3-3 while DeKalb County's defeat dropped them down to 2-4. We'll see if Livingston Academy's success rolls on or if DeKalb County are able to steal their positive momentum.
