Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Fairbanks

Fairbanks waltzed into their contest on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Northeastern Jets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Fairbanks' offense was headlined by Maddi Sines and Sydney Nicol, who picked up 12 kills apiece. They got some help from Gracie Boyer and her 22 assists. Sines was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Fairbanks' win bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Northeastern, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

As of now, neither Fairbanks nor Northeastern have any future games scheduled.
