Santiam came out on top against Culver on Tuesday thanks in part to Boston Flores's efforts. Flores was unstoppable, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Flores' strong effort led Santiam over Culver and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wolverines are 8-2 against the Bulldogs going back to March of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
