Palmetto lost to Carolina Academy back in April, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Trojans by a score of 3-1. The victory was familiar territory for Palmetto, who have now won three contests in a row.

Palmetto's win bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Carolina Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-13 record.

Coming up, Palmetto will face off against Powdersville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Powdersville's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Palmetto's offense will have their work cut out for them. Carolina Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
