Softball Game Preview: Willard Crimson Flashes vs. Bellevue Redmen

The Willard Crimson Flashes will square off against the Bellevue Redmen at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 23 runs the game before, Bellevue was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 11-2 to Monroeville.

Payton Hicks was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.

Willard dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Bellevue, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
