Volleyball Recap: Le Lycee Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

The Le Lycee Lions came up short against the Providence Pioneers on Monday and fell 3-1. While the Lions didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Pioneers 25-21 in the first set.

Le Lycee started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-16, 25-22, 25-22.

Le Lycee's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-15. As for Providence, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-18.

Coming up, Le Lycee will venture away from home to face off against de Toledo at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions are facing the Jaguars at the right time seeing as the Jaguars are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Providence, they will face off against Flintridge Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolves will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Pioneers surely won't give up without a fight.
