Basketball Recap: Jayden (Jay) Mcclain Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Bishop Brossart

There's no place like home for Ryle, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They strolled past the Bishop Brossart Mustangs with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 44-28. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ryle to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jayden (Jay) Mcclain, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 12 boards. (Jay) Mcclain is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now posted two or more in each of the last 18 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Jaelyn Jones, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and ten rebounds.

Ryle's victory bumped their record up to 8-21. As for Bishop Brossart, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-7.
