Football Game Recap: Pickett County vs. Jo Byrns

After low-scoring totals in their previous four contests, Jo Byrns brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They steamrolled Pickett County 46-0. Maybe the Jo Byrns offense has finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance is an 180-degree turn from their last 4 games.

The victory bumped Jo Byrns' record up to 2-8. Pickett County is on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

The Red devils are on the road again next week and play against South Pittsburg at 7 p.m. ET. The Red devils don't have the home-field advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings. As for the Bobcats, they do not have any more games currently scheduled.
