Baseball Recap: Long Creek Triumphs

Long Creek let Wagner stack four runs on them in the fourth inning on Saturday but luckily Long Creek prevailed anyway. The Dragons came out on top in a nail-biter against the Thunderbirds, sneaking past 5-4. That's two games straight that the Dragons have won by just one run.

Long Creek's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Wagner, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Long Creek will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Highlands at 6:30 p.m. on the 13th. As for Wagner, they will face off against Harlandale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
