North Moore hasn't had much luck against Seaforth recently, but that could start to change on Friday. After both having extra time off, both will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 6:00 p.m.
North Moore is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Jordan-Matthews two weeks ago (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. North Moore might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Jordan-Matthews an easy 49-24 win.

North Moore's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Bailea Marley, who posted six points, and Ryee Welch, who put up four points along with six steals and five boards. What's more, Marley also racked up three assists, the most she's had since back in January.
Even though they lost, North Moore smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in three consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, Seaforth waltzed into their game last Friday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They claimed a resounding 68-31 victory over the Golden Hawks. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.
North Moore better keep an eye on Gabrielle White. She was instrumental in Seaforth's win, dropping a double-double on 32 points and 11 rebounds. The matchup was White's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Collins, who went 5 of 8 on her way to 11 points and six steals.
Seaforth's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.6 points per game. As for North Moore, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: North Moore has crashing the boards this season, having averaged 24.6 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Seaforth struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30.8 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
North Moore was taken down by Seaforth 59-8 when the teams last played back in February. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point North Moore was down 42-1.
