Volleyball Recap: Harrells Christian Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Harrells Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Epiphany Falcons. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last seven times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Harrells Christian Academy actually scored more points across those five sets (107-105), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 15-25, 25-20, 24-26, 26-24, 15-12.

Harrells Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Epiphany, their win bumped their record up to 4-11.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Harrells Christian Academy is set to face off against their familiar foe Wayne Country Day at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Epiphany will challenge rival Rocky Mount Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
