Volleyball Recap: Wisner-Pilger Comes Up Short

The Wisner-Pilger Gators came up short against Douglas County West/Concordia on Saturday and fell 2-0. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Wisner-Pilger was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-13.

Wisner-Pilger's loss dropped their record down to 11-16.

Wisner-Pilger wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Tekamah-Herman on the 14th. Douglas County West/Concordia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
