After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mattanawcook, Sumner was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They breezed by the Searsport Vikings to the tune of 71-30. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 25 points or more this season.

Sumner's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Searsport, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sumner will take on Central at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Searsport, they will challenge Bangor Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
