Basketball Recap: Princeton Starts Season with Loss at Home

Princeton unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a 60-44 bruising from the Hightstown Rams on Tuesday. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

With the victory, Hightstown broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Princeton will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against West Windsor-Plainsboro South at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Princeton is looking for their season's first win. Hightstown will take on Hamilton in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
