Softball Recap: Cooper Jaguars vs. Boone County Rebels
Cooper barely beat Boone County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Jaguars never let the Rebels get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Jaguars as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Lily Spraker tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over five innings pitched.
At the plate, Grace Cline was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Ainsley Scroggie, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one run.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cooper will venture away from home to square off against Dixie Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Boone County, they will head out to take on Beechwood at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
