Basketball Game Preview: Berlin/New Lebanon Mountain Lions vs. Chatham Panthers

The Berlin/New Lebanon Mountain Lions will face off against the Chatham Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chatham took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Berlin/New Lebanon, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with 17 defeats in a row dating back to last season, Berlin/New Lebanon turned things around against Waterford-Halfmoon on Saturday. They walked away with a 54-45 victory over the Fordians. The Mountain Lions' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Chatham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 60-38 to Middleburgh. The Panthers were down 50-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Chatham's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Berlin/New Lebanon, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-11.
