Softball Recap: Stone Memorial Panthers vs. Upperman Bees
Stone Memorial proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 12) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 victory over the Upperman Bees. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Bees: they've now won three in a row.

Kenzie Jackson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on two hits and racked up 13 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Eva Worsham, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Hadley Holbrook, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run.
