Volleyball Recap: Maysville Comes Up Short on the Road Against Tri-Valley

Maysville had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Tri-Valley Scotties. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-9, 25-12.

Gracie Olinger was the offensive standout of the game as she had seven digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Tri-Valley has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Maysville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against River View on the 21st. As for Tri-Valley, they will take on Zanesville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
