Lucas Hatch put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Friday. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Clayton is 2-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 1-4 otherwise.

Coming up, Hatch and Clayton will challenge South Garner at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hatch had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in April of 2024 6-5.
