After flying high against Stonewall Jackson last Monday, Madison County came back down to earth. The Madison County Mountaineers fell 61-48 to the Luray Bulldogs on Tuesday. Isaiah Jones and Lahman Carpenter certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Jones went 6 for 14 en route to 16 points and five boards, while Carpenter went 7 of 11 on his way to 16 points and three blocks. The dominant performance gave Carpenter a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Humphrey, who posted nine points and three steals.
