Basketball Game Preview: Rogers Pirates vs. Pullman Greyhounds

Rogers hasn't had much luck against Pullman recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Rogers Pirates will be playing at home against the Pullman Greyhounds at 7:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Pullman better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Rogers really get things going. Rogers really took it to East Valley for the full four quarters, racking up an 81-51 win. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Pullman was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 62-57 to North Central. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (55), the Greyhounds still had to take the loss.

Pullman's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Rogers, their win bumped their record up to 7-11.
