Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas) moved up from No. 2 to No. 1 in the West while Prosper (Texas) jumped all the way to No. 1 from No. 10 in the Southwest after winning the Texas Class 4A state championship.

In the Midwest, Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati) moved up from No. 2 to No. 1 while Mattituck (N.Y.) went from being unranked to the No. 1 spot after winning the Class B state championship in New York.

Oxford (Miss.), which was No. 1 in the last regional rankings on June 2, was the only team to retain its No. 1 ranking.
