Baseball Recap: Grundy Comes Up Short

Grundy fell victim to Northwood and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 6-0 to the Northwood Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-2 on Thursday.

Grundy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northwood, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Grundy will venture away from home to square off against Twin Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The game will give Twin Valley their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season. As for Northwood, they will be playing at home against J.I. Burton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
