Kason King posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Thursday. He scored three runs and stole four bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. Southwest Georgia STEM Charter is undefeated when King posts two or more runs, but 2-14 otherwise.

King's strong effort led Southwest Georgia STEM Charter over Calhoun County and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Aggies are a perfect 4-0 against the Cougars going back to March of 2024, a lead they'll look to extend.
