Basketball Recap: Yoncalla Comes Up Short

Yoncalla lost against Triangle Lake back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Yoncalla Eagles took a 42-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Triangle Lake Lakers. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Yoncalla's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Triangle Lake, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Yoncalla will take on Clatskanie in a tournament on Friday. Triangle Lake and Umpqua Valley Christian will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
