Basketball Recap: Conway Springs Comes Up Short

Conway Springs lost against Chaparral back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Conway Springs Cardinals took a 46-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chaparral Roadrunners. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Conway Springs now has a losing record at 6-7-1. As for Chaparral, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4-3 record this season.

Coming up, Conway Springs will be playing at home against Belle Plaine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chaparral, they are taking a road trip to take on Independent at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Chaparral is facing Independent at the right time seeing as Independent is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
