Lebanon came tearing into Tuesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the LaVergne Wolverines 9-2. The Blue Devils have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wolverines, too.

Lebanon pushed their record up to 12-8-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for LaVergne, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-13.

Lebanon will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wolverines: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
