Softball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central and Brooks squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Central had to settle for second. They fell 5-1 to the Lions. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Lions this season, with their most recent defeat being a 5-3 loss on April 10th.

This is the second loss in a row for Central and nudges their season record down to 24-13. As for Brooks, they now have a winning record of 18-17.

As of now, neither Central nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
