It was a good run, but Crosstown unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. Neither they nor the Memphis East Mustangs could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result kept Crosstown happy, as they haven't lost a game since March 27th.

Their goal came courtesy of Terell Clayton, who's now up to seven this season.

With that draw, Crosstown's record moves to 6-2-2. As for Memphis East, they moved theirs to 8-2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crosstown will challenge Memphis Central at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Crosstown will be up against Memphis Central's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.73 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Memphis East, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Compass - Midtown at 5:00 p.m. Memphis East is facing Compass - Midtown at the right time seeing as Compass - Midtown is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
