Basketball Game Preview: Silver Lake Regional Lakers vs. Plymouth North Eagles

Silver Lake Regional hasn't had much luck against Plymouth North recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Silver Lake Regional Lakers will be playing at home against the Plymouth North Eagles at 5:00 p.m. Silver Lake Regional knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Plymouth North likes a good challenge.

While Silver Lake Regional didn't have the best season last year (they finished 1-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 59-51 win over Rockland on Wednesday.

Plymouth North's defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Silver Lake Regional, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.
