Volleyball Recap: Travelers Rest Find Success

Travelers Rest won the last time they faced Legacy Early College and things went their way on Thursday too. The Devildogs blew past the Lions 3-0.

One reason for the win was Travelers Rest's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-14.

Travelers Rest's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Legacy Early College, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Travelers Rest will be taking part in a tournament against Riverside at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Legacy Early College will be paying especially close attention to the Devildogs' game: after the Devildogs face off against J.L. Mann, they'll take on Legacy Early College again at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
